At the hotel
Time for tea, but... where is the milk?
"Room service?"
"This is Mr Squirrel. I need some milk"
In the fridge, is it?
Not here.
Aha! But what's that box thing?
Squirricicle :(
HH at the Memorial Museum
It's got to be around here somewhere.
A mine? I thought you said it was mine!
I look like...that?
Hmm, so do they pour the explosives into this slot?

He's Back!
Mr Squirrel! You're safe!
But how did you deal with the dog?
Dogs are easy to deal with. Just say "Drop it" in the right voice.
Oh.
Whatever you do, don't attack them with chopsticks or long wooden forks.
Oh.
So where have you been, Mr Squirrel?
I went on a trip...
This looks interesting.
Hang on here a bit.
OK! Let's go!
Road Grader? I didn't know roads went to schoool.
That must be the Visitor Information.
I'm hungry, but where is the food?
Not up there, I hope.
That doesn't look edible.
That's better!

To Battle!
Perfect! The enemy caught unawares!
Now to sneak up on it.
Oh dear, I've been detected. But onwards! Never say die!
Ulp....

Laying the wreath
Having watched the march (and obtained less crumpled flowers for his wreath), Mr Squirrel will now lay the wreath.
Just up these steps.
Almost there.
This looks like a good spot.
There! Now, for a look about.
No squirrels? They never remember the animals. How well do they think their cavalry charges would go without horses? And what about the pigeons sent out in all weather? And even the dogs? Did anyone ask them if they wanted to be involved? And then after--
Oh.
Where did I leave it?
That's better.
"Commemorating the contributions made by animals in conflict."
Squirrel would like to dedicate this post to all those animals who served in wars -- the horses, mules dogs, pigeons, camels, dolphins and others including mascots -- but especially those who couldn't come home.
